I understand that all possible precautions are taken to ensure that the program and activities by Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. However, I further understand that because of the nature of swimming activities within the swim program in which I am enrolling my child, regardless of the high degree of supervision, there is a potential for injury during any swim activity. I do recognize these risks and agree to allow my child(ren) to participate in all activities offered in the swimming program in which I am enrolling my child(ren). I agree on behalf of my child(ren) and myself to assume the risks associated with all activities which occur while my child(ren) are with Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time, its officers, directors, owners, and employees from and hereby waive any claim, as to injury or harm that may occur while with Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time’s activities, or any injury or harm that may occur to me as a result of the injury or harm suffered by my child(ren). This release and indemnity agreement specifically includes but is not limited to any claim of negligence or negligent supervision against Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time its owners, officers, directors, and employees: and any injury or harm that may occur while my child(ren) is on the property used by Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time, before or after scheduled programming hours for any reason whatsoever.

In case of minor emergency (cuts, scratches, etc.…) I give permission to the instructors, lifeguards, aquatic director and employees of Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time to administer or treat these injuries as deemed necessary. In the event of a more serious injury, I give permission for it to be handled in the best manner as determined by the staff and owners of Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time until I am contacted.

I understand that Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time has a NO-REFUND POLICY regarding all deposits and programming fees. Make-ups are allowed, if space is available and must be done within the swimmer’s current session.

I hereby release and hold harmless Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time, its officers, owners, directors, and employees from and responsibility or liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property which I or my child(ren) brings to the Swim Time facility and all locations in which Safety Educators of Maine LLC/Swim Time are contracted through.

Swim Time, staff, and employees reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the swimmer to participate in water activities, through health questions, and swimmer’s appearance or verbal communication of general unwellness. If a swimmer presents with symptoms that can be communicable that swimmer will not be allowed to participate in water activities until symptoms have dissipated.
